The wood-burning oven in steel casing delivers exquisite baking results while also being movable when fully assembled. The oven can also be removed at any time.
The baking chamber is made entirely of stone and is embedded within a robust steel structure, which absorbs the weight and thermal expansion forces that occur. The outer casing is made entirely from rust-proof stainless steel. Upon request, the oven front can be faced with tiles or facing stones.

The oven can also be fitted with electrically heated steam generators as an optional feature, which means that you can bake batch after batch of wood-oven bread rolls thanks to the strong steam performance.
The oven is loaded using setters.
