RUSTIKAL – a classic meets state-of-the-art technology
Our model “Rustikal”, which means “rustic”, fulfils the desire of many bakers to bake products using an electric oven in exactly the same way as with a wood-fired, natural stone oven in traditional brickwork.
The all-round stone baking chamber system Hetufin® makes it possible to bake goods through with no intermediate heating necessary. You can switch off the oven immediately after loading. The oven stone stores the heat fed into it during the heating-up process, and then slowly and gently releases this heat to the baked goods.
Our natural stone inlay system Hetufin® therefore transforms an electric oven into an energy-saver. Each of the baking chambers can be regulated individually and fully automatically thanks to microprocessor control. A night timer means that two independent switch-on times can be programmed for each day of the week.
Each baking chamber is equipped with a generously proportioned steam generator. This guarantees sufficient steam, even for bread rolls baked batch after batch.
Our customised, hand-crafted products ensure the very highest standard of quality – operating lives of 25 years are common.
A movable foundation offers flexibility, even when the oven is fully assembled.
“Rustikal” ovens are available with up to six shelves and a baking surface of up to 18m².
